My Story: Embracing the Unknown

Welcome! My name is Jodine Jean-Jacques, but you can call me Jo.  I'm a passionate spiritual empowerment coach, Reiki master, and self-taught numerologist dedicated to guiding you on your journey to self-discovery and healing.

My mission is to empower individuals to uncover their true potential and live a life of balance and fulfilment. Through a combination of spiritual and empowerment coaching, Reiki healing, and numerology, I aim to support you in achieving a profound personal transformational experience. My journey began with a deep desire to understand and heal myself, which led me to extensive study and practice in these transformative disciplines.

After years of working in retail and customer service, It was time for a change and deep down I knew I needed more out of life. I fell in love with helping people, no matter the task, but I felt like something was missing.

I always had a strong intuitive side but I didn't always follow that gut instinct when I needed to growing up, but I always had an interest in the supernatural and developed a deep interest in numerology and crystals back in 2015. I invested most of my time researching this ancient art and the power in using crystals.

I needed a career that I could call my own, a mission or a purpose where I can learn, grow and evolve too and most importantly enjoy what I'm doing on my own terms. I decided to build a career where it was solely dedicated to helping people; I didn't want to give advice or tell people what they should do - Afterall, our lives and the experiences we have are individual, the choices we have available to us, at any given moment and the decisions we make for ourselves are personal; with that in mind, I took my 1st leap.

Humble Beginnings

Originally called One Call Away, started on Facebook back in 2017, as a platform for followers, to feel free to ask questions about certain challenges to do with self-love, spirituality and relationships. The One Call Away platform  provided close friends, family and followers a free, non-judgemental space for individuals to become motivated, encouraged, empowered and to receive guidance free of charge to gain perspective and clarity about their current problems, by encouraging the importance of positive mindset shifts, and to find an appropriate solution for themselves.

Fast forward to 2022, and I had made the decision to take the next step with One Call Away and become a Certified Life Coach to officially help people take that first step, in discovering their true selves and becoming their greatest version.

I didn't have every detail planned out, but my intuition was guiding me and I felt like I was heading in the right direction and this was my purpose! It was time for me to take a leap and trust in myself, my talents and capabilities so I can enjoy what I do for a living and help people transform their lives, take the opportunity to travel, meet new people and create a life I always wanted and needed without limitations.

The Intuitive Leap​

 ​Shortly after becoming a certified life coach, I studied Reiki and became a Qualified Reiki Master. I made this decision to become a Reiki Practitioner to offer healing to my clients on a spiritual level. To cater to their mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing and to provide access to healing on a quantum level; to experience relief from stress, anxiety and depression as well as so many other profound benefits.

I envisioned myself, to be the type of life coach that assists clients in finding the answers associated with Spiritual Empowerment:

• To discover spirituality and the importance of self reflection & shadow work.

• To discover what self love is and what that personally means for my clients. 

• To learn how to deal with anxiety and depression without toxic coping mechanisms. 

• To re-build self-esteem and confidence to new heights. 

• To learn, understand and experience self-acceptance on a deeper level to facilitate healing.  

• To explore the differences in the choices we have and the decisions we make - sometimes based on emotions or our best interests.

• What it means to be empowered & what self-empowerment looks like.

One Call Away transformed into a professional coaching business that provides spiritual empowerment coaching ; renamed 'One Call Away: The Whole-istic Approach' as Reiki, a form of energy healing and numerology readings were introduced to the services offered.

My Approach

My approach combines predominantly spiritual and empowerment coaching with the healing energies of Reiki and in some cases the insightful guidance of numerology. I believe in a holistic method that addresses the mind, body, and spirit, providing you with personalised support tailored to your unique needs. There are a variety of  packages, programs and services available that are individually tailored to your situation that aim to provide clarity and a way forward. I offer one-on-one coaching sessions, group sessions, Reiki healing sessions, and numerology readings to help you gain clarity, balance, and empowerment. Each session is designed to meet you where you are and guide you towards your highest potential. I believe in the power of self-discovery, the healing potential within each of us, and the importance of living a life aligned with our true purpose. My work is grounded in compassion, integrity, and a commitment to helping you achieve your highest self.

​​Since starting my career and living up to my potential as a Life Coach, Reiki Master and Self-taught Numerologist, my mission is to help my clients break through the obstacles that seem to be holding them back in various areas of their lives. From personal experience and knowledge developed over the years, the main goal is to transform their lives, for the better and as I've come to the realisation that  Life's too short to be unhappy, unsure, or unfulfilled.

I'm committed to assisting my clients in developing a more positive outlook on life, to smash their goals with confidence, by providing them with all the tools necessary to get them there!
