My name is Jo J Jacques
I am the Founder of One Call Away and in the early stages, created a platform in 2017, to be a safe space where people like you, can come and express yourselves (without judgement), be true to who you are, build your confidence, self-esteem and understand your current situations from a different perspective. A shift in your mindset can help you transition to move on from what seems to be holding you back, and achieve your goals with confidence. I became a Life Coach and Reiki Master with that vision! Today, I’m an intuitive spiritual empowerment coach committed to helping you navigate your spiritual path and achieve personal growth and empowerment. Together, we’ll explore your thoughts, beliefs, overcome challenges, and re-align your path with your highest self.

Coaching
As a life coach, I offer coaching sessions to help my clients move forward towards what they want to accomplish by asking the right questions and listening to their individual wants and needs. I help my clients become clear on their next steps to get them from where they are to where they want to be by helping them outline what realistic steps to take in order to get there. As well as helping them identify what self-limiting beliefs need to be eliminated as those same beliefs may be holding them back. This helps clients to gain clarity and to see their dreams and their current situation from a different perspective.
As a professional self-taught Numerologist, I offer my clients the opportunity to understand what the significance of their name and date of birth means for them as its as unique as they are. No numerology reading is the same. By calculating the numbers that make up a clients date of birth and the energetic vibrations behind the numbers in the letters that make up their name. My clients can gain a better understanding of their journey and what it means for them. Many clients gain clarity about their purpose and this gives them a greater perspective on how they move forward.

As a Reiki Master, I offer my clients the chance to experience healing on a deeper level. Reiki provides my clients relief from various symptoms such as headaches, anxiety, aches and pains and so much more. Clients have the option of in-person or distant sessions, nevertheless all sessions provide clients worldwide with the power of energy healing. The universal energy enables my clients' natural healing abilities to be activated to experience healing on a deeper level and to aid in relaxation and a better nights sleep.
